This property received all new hurricane windows, roof, siding, electric and plumbing. The gourmet kitchen will be great to cook all of the fresh fish and lobster you catch or buy while on vacation in the Florida Keys. Large rooms open floor plan with lots of storage space you will feel like it is home. Sip coffee in the morning or cocktails in the afternoon while enjoying the water view. The new heated and cooled pool and spa is shared with the other two homes on the property. Pickle ball is right out the back door, SUP boards and kayaks are supplied on the property as well.
