This 6400sq ft completely remodeled home sits on the beautiful Florida Bay with unrestricted views and gorgeous sunsets. Renovations completed in the Fall of 2024 include a new elevator, all new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring; everything has been renovated. The house was taken down to the studs and then some. In the kitchen, you will find Viking, Subzero, and other high-end appliances. The wide open kitchen sink window with outside bar height counter top has the best view in the Florida Keys. The whole house overlooks the heated/chilled pool, saltwater ponds, dock, Florida Bay ,and “back yard” with lots of sitting areas and room to enjoy the warm sun and cool breezes of the Florida Keys. Ground-level storage and (half bath coming in the fall/winter of 2025) make it enjoyable to spend the day at the pool. The house also includes outdoor cooking with propane Weber grills on the main level and on the ground level as well. An ice machine, extra refrigerators, and 3 sets of W/D make it an easy, relaxing vacation with all of the extras.

The Penthouse bedrooms share full bathroom, including W/D. Also, a coffee bar/ relaxing area with great views overlooking the Florida Bay. The main house can be rented separately or as part of the three-house complex. If renting separately, guests will share the pool area, SUP boards, kayaks, and “Back Yard” including the dock as well as the pickle ball court. The game and outdoor space under the main house will be provided for the main house guests only if the property is rented separately for the week you have rented.

The elevator runs from the ground level to the main level. Elevator does not run to the Penthouse.

Main house rentals will be considered when check in date is within 30 days of booking date.

    Does Not Disappoint

    We just retuned from the keys. Jill and I took Lilly for a quick getaway for her spring break from school. We had such a great time and great weather! I wanted to give a Big Thank you! to Paul Lebling and his Your Shore Getaway. It was our second time staying at their rental property in Marathon. Let me say it does not disappoint! What an incredible place to spend time with friends and family. We also went fishing with Paul's Spring Mix Sport Fishing Charters with Christopher Watkowski. We went 2/4 on sails with Lilly catching her first sailfish! If you're going to the Keys and you are looking for the ultimate place to stay, or if you are looking for a charter boat you have to contact Paul.
